Our story started when James, our founder, invited Anne-Marie David to Bury St Edmunds to help support preparations for St Edmunds Day in 2017
Upon arrival she instantly fell in love with the town, and the story of our martyred King, and proposed creating a musical tribute to him and what he represents, even today
Anne-Marie David sang to supporters of the Facebook Group, "We Love Bury St Edmunds!" in the Great Churchyard which enthralled those gathered.
A few months later, Anne-Marie David returned to Bury St Edmunds with the French film composer Jean Musy. He too fell in love with the town and was equally inspired by the story of St Edmund. Together they created "Edmund, the Legend of a King" which has been performed twice in France, and now we are looking forward to hosting this in its hometown, Bury St Edmunds.
